Compensation & Benefits:
- $110,000–$120,000 base salary

The Payroll & Benefits Manager will oversee the full payroll function for a multi-state workforce while managing employee benefits administration and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. This position partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, and third-party vendors to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
ResponsibilitiesPayroll
- Manage the full-cycle weekly payroll process for a multi-state employee population.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, including overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, garnishments, and tax with holdings.
- Maintain and administer ADP Workforce Now.
- Process new hires, terminations, employee changes, PTO, and payroll updates.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll with Finance.
- Coordinate year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
Benefits

- Manage benefit enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefit vendors and brokers.
- Coordinate annual open enrollment and employee communications.
- Reconcile benefit invoices and payroll deductions.
- Ensure compliance with ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations.
- Partner with HR on leave administration and employee support.
