We are seeking a highly experienced SAP GTS Consultant with 10+ years of expertise to support a Global Trade Services (GTS) upgrade initiative aligned with S/4

HANA transformation efforts.

The consultant will assess upgrade impacts, remediate deprecated functionalities, support testing cycles, and drive cutover activities for the GTS stream while ensuring trade compliance readiness.

• Upgrade & Impact Analysis:
  Analyze upgrade impact on SAP GTS processes and system interfaces; identify deprecated functionalities and align with S/4
  
  HANA simplifications; recommend remediation strategies and best‑practice solutions.
• Testing & Validation:
  Prepare comprehensive test cases covering foreign trade processes; execute functional and integration testing; validate compliance checks and customs documentation processes.
• Cutover & Deployment:
  Define and execute cutover activities specific to the GTS stream; coordinate with cross‑functional SAP teams to ensure smooth go‑live; ensure system readiness and trade compliance continuity.
• Compliance & Governance:
  Ensure foreign trade compliance checks are fully operational; validate customs documentation, reporting, and regulatory adherence; support audit readiness and documentation.

• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) and SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI).
• Experience supporting S/4
  
  HANA upgrades and simplification initiatives.
• Deep understanding of foreign trade processes, customs management, compliance checks, and trade documentation.
• Hands‑on experience in test planning, execution, and defect resolution.
• Experience leading cutover planning and go‑live support.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
