As a Senior Fulfillment Center Systems Analyst (internally known as a F C Magician), you will join an award-winning team, driving the productivity of a fast-growing, highly automated distribution center (FC) operation. At Parts Town, we don't just use High Jump, we relentlessly innovate with it. You will engage in deep collaboration with DC leaders as you get to build and implement exciting High Jump enhancements on a near constant basis.

You won't be sitting in endless meetings – we have a bias for action. We fill our days with exciting and interesting technical challenges that benefit the business as we seek to understand, simplify, and automate.

• C ollaborate with the High Jump development team and FC leaders to design innovative solutions for our most pressing operational challenges
• Handle support calls as needed, ensuring our FC team is always up and running smoothly
• Divide and conquer coding projects with the High Jump team as we continually figure out the best ways to make the most impact quickly
• Shepherd your projects from beginning to end ironing out all questions with stakeholders, reviewing approaches and coding with teammates, minimizing risk with best practices, testing thoroughly, implementing, and supporting after go-live

• You are a SQL and/or WMS developer/analyst with 3+ years of experience in High Jump. Big plus if you are familiar with Blu Jay Parcel Flagship, Exacta, Locus, Auto Store or similar systems
  • It's also a bonus if you have any of the following: operations experience outside of IT, project management, knowledge of other programming languages
• You have 1+ year(s) experience in operational production environments, so you understand general best practices around incremental process improvement
• You’ve developed and supported high-volume complex applications, so you appreciate techniques for writing code that is easy to test, highly configurable, and readily scalable with the operation
• You enjoy interacting with your users and truly understanding their challenges. That is what drives your passion for innovation – you love solving hard problems that serve a key business need
• You are insanely detail oriented. It really matters to you that your work is clear, correct, and easily maintainable by your teammates.
