Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in Addison, IL.
Warehouse Associate (Trade Shows & Events)This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and teamwork—and enjoys seeing their work come to life on the show floor.
What You’ll Do- Support day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving, staging, shipping, and logistics coordination.
- Operate forklifts daily to move, organize, and prepare event materials and client assets.
- Pull and stage components for trade show booths, custom exhibits, and hybrid builds.
- Read and interpret CAD drawings and pull lists to ensure project accuracy.
- Maintain show‑ready condition of all event assets and materials.
- Conduct inventory checks and track materials using inventory management systems.
- Identify damaged or missing assets and communicate refurbishment or repair needs.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and client‑tour ready.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- 6–12 months of warehouse, logistics, production, or operational experience (or equivalent training).
- Forklift experience and comfort working in an active warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow pull lists accurately.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong accountability.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
