Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of technicians, custodians, and contractors. In this role, you’ll oversee equipment and facility upkeep, drive preventive maintenance strategies, and ensure smooth operations that support our production goals.

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

• Conduct regular inspections and recommend corrective actions
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules and technician workloads
• Oversee daily building and equipment maintenance activities
• Support hiring and onboarding of new maintenance team members
• Manage inventory of replacement parts and supplies
• Implement proactive maintenance planning and scheduling (PMs)
• Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party service providers
• Monitor and control the maintenance budget
• Prepare and present maintenance reports to leadership

• 8+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Expertise in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs
• Skilled in repairing a wide range of production and facility equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
