Camfil USA has an opening for a Field Service Technician to join our team. This is a full‑time role requiring daily on‑site work at our branch or in the field. Camfil offers a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid time off, etc.

• Performs Filter Service Installation, by removing and discarding dirty filters and installing new filters in a commercial/industrial application.
• Reads customer work order to determine items required.
• Loads and unloads all inbound and outbound service material in a safe manner.
• If necessary, pulls customer orders from stock and places orders in staging area to be checked by Warehouse Personnel.
• Use of company vehicle to transport items from warehouse to customer site for filter installation or delivery.
• Responsible for getting all proper paperwork signed and dated by the customer.
• Responsible for noting any special information from the customer to report back to the office, such has problems, schedules, and/or spec changes.
• Responsible for turning in all signed paperwork in a timely manner to the Service Manager for processing according to Camfil policy and procedures.
• Ensures all service work meets Camfil quality and customer requirements.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Crosstrain in other positions within the facility based on business needs.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Other duties as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Must be reliable.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively.
• Ability to work with numerous large numbers and multiple units of measure.
• Must have strong reasoning ability.
• Valid/clean State Driver’s License.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
• The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to satisfactorily complete a drug screen and criminal background check.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to warehouse and office environments, varying outdoor weather conditions, and heights (rooftops).
