Union Assembler ( Entry Level

This role focuses on modifying and assembling commercial HVAC units to meet detailed customer specifications in an industrial job shop environment in Addison, IL. You will work with incoming units, primarily from major manufacturers, and perform both mechanical and electrical assembly, integrating components such as valves, copper piping, controls, and drives to deliver high-quality, customized systems.

• Modify commercial HVAC units according to detailed customer specifications and engineering drawings.
• Install and assemble components including raw valves, copper piping, electrical controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), fans, blowers, and wiring panels.
• Use tape measure

This position is based in an industrial job shop environment with first and second shift options: 1st shift runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and 2nd shift runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Addison, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
