* Position Overview:

* We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to support our manufacturing operations as a Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting team member in Addison, IL. This position is responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, performing repairs, and assisting with routine preventive maintenance tasks.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Perform routine machine and equipment maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting

+ Identify mechanical and operational issues, escalating concerns as needed

+ Support and participate in preventive maintenance activities and equipment inspections

+ Ensure equipment is maintained in safe and reliable operating condition

+ Follow detailed maintenance procedures and comply with all safety requirements

+ Communicate effectively with team members regarding equipment status and needs

* Qualifications:

*
* + Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial maintenance experience preferred

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

+ Comfortable performing repetitive bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for long periods

+ Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

+ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, safety procedures, and maintenance guidelines.

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

+ Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and within a team
