As a Facility and Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining office buildings, vehicles, and facility systems in clean and working order. You follow SOPs to keep all systems operational and maintain a safe environment. Your skillsets are used to repair and maintain the facility, sometimes collaborating with vendors, and to deliver and dump dump trailers. Daily detailing of the facility is required.

The job site is an office building with a warehouse, garage, and parking lot for commercial vehicles.

• Keep building, vehicles, and facility systems in good condition.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental rules.
• Manage systems such as heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and security.
• Plan and follow maintenance schedules.
• Work with contractors and vendors to finish projects on time and within budget.
• Be prepared for facility-related emergencies.
• Collaborate with local emergency services when needed.
• Drive dump trailers and assist in vehicle and facility maintenance (interior and exterior).

• At least 2 years in facility management, preferably in construction or restoration.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimal computer skills required.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus.
• Valid driver license required; CDL preferred.

• Base salary of up to $47,000 (depending on experience)
• Performance review after 90 days, then annually.
