As a Facility and Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the office buildings, vehicles, and facility systems are clean and in top working order. Please follow SOP to maintain all systems in working order and maintain a clean, safe, working environment for our team. Your skillsets will be used to repair and maintain the facility. You might be able to work with the vendor when needed to repair some things.

The role also requires the delivery and dumping of dump trailers, daily detailing of the facility. The job site is an office building with a warehouse, garage, and parking lot for commercial vehicles.

• Keep our building, vehicles, and facility systems in good condition.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental rules.
• Manage systems like heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and security.
• Plan and follow maintenance schedules.
• Work with contractors and vendors to finish projects on time and within budget.
• Be prepared for facility-related emergencies.
• Work with local emergency services when needed.
• Drive a dump trailers, and assist in vehicle and facility maintenance both interior and exterior.

• At least 2 years in facility management, preferably in construction or restoration.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheet, Gmail).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimal computer skills needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification or similar safety training is a plus.
• Valid Driver license required, CDL preferred.

• Base salary of up to $47,000 (depending on experience)
• Performance review, after 90 days, then annually.

• The employee is eligible for the following commission plan to be paid on total sales when the employee refers business to Romexterra:
  • 3% Commission: Mitigation & Content sales
  • 1% Commission: Reconstruction & Repair sales Applies only to documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.
