We’re looking for a Fleet Services Supervisor to lead the operational engine that keeps our assets moving, our systems accurate, and our clients supported. If you’re organized, solutions-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment — this could be your next move.

As Fleet Services Supervisor, you’ll oversee all aspects of our Fleet Services operations, including asset management systems, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and technician coordination across our production facilities.

You’ll lead a small but mighty team (1–5 employees), manage multiple orders daily, and ensure our client-owned and Impact XM assets are tracked, fulfilled, and returned with precision.

This is a hands‑on leadership role that blends operations, systems management, logistics expertise, and people leadership.

• Oversee online Asset and Event Management tools with expert-level accuracy
• Manage Impact XM and client-owned assets within internal systems
• Supervise Fleet Services areas within production facilities
• Ensure adherence to company processes and policies
  
  Handle multiple daily orders while managing shifting priorities

• Lead Online Event Management fulfillment (Express Orders, work orders, quality checks, delivery and return tracking)
• Manage courier shipments (Fed Ex, UPS, and others)
• Resolve return issues and conduct inspections
• Prepare timely job costing and invoicing

• Supervise Fleet Services Technicians and Coordinators
• Hire, train, assign, and direct work
• Evaluate performance and support development
• Address issues, solve problems, and maintain team accountability

• Partner closely with Account Services and Global Systems teams
• Communicate status updates and resolve issues proactively
• Support CRM project creation (Zoho experience is an asset)

• 1–2 years of related operations, logistics, or business administration experience
• College certificate in Business Administration (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Comfort learning and mastering internal business systems
• Experience with Zoho CRM (an asset)
