Emergency Service Rescue Project Manager

Position Overview

As a Project Manager for our Emergency Response Team, you'll check out problems and decide how to fix them, while also talking to customers about our services. You'll be in charge of projects from start to finish, helping team leaders, and planning schedules and budgets. You'll work with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to make sure everything goes smoothly. You'll keep track of progress, make sure safety rules are followed, write reports, and solve any problems that come up.

• Inspect, determine the course of action to correct and sell our services to customers.
• Manage and oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, giving guidance to our Crew Chiefs.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet targets and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any project‑related issues or conflicts that may arise.

• Strong sales experience with a proven record or performance.
• Good communication, both verbal and written.
• Self‑starter that can multi‑task.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new restoration concepts and adapt to them.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Bi‑lingual is a plus.

• $80, to include salary and commission.
• Health, vision, and dental insurance.
• 401K with company match up to 6%.
• After 90 days, the employee will be eligible for paid time off.
• 5 days vacation and 3 sick days for the 1st year of employment.
• After 3 years of employment, the employee will be eligible for 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days.
