The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, operations, and team leadership. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, maintaining profitability, and fostering a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient and effective business performance.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to attract new customers and retain existing accounts.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to drive performance and accountability.
- Partner with sales teams to improve customer engagement and branch profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer service by resolving customer concerns and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Manage inventory control, operational processes, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage branch personnel.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.
- Work closely with regional and corporate leadership to support company objectives.
- Prepare branch performance reports and provide operational updates to leadership.
- Previous leadership or management experience in a branch, operations, distribution, manufacturing, or related environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and operational results.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing employee performance, coaching, and accountability.
- Ability to analyze business performance and implement process improvements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems or CRM platforms preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
