Machine Operator (3rd Shift)

• Operate CNC machines to produce products in accordance with production needs.
• Program and setup CNC machinery in accordance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Produce assigned products following verbal and written instructions.
• Inspect parts and document findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas; return tools to designated locations.
• Notify management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions, and/or personal injuries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Basic mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and understand basic tolerances.
• Ability to setup/operate and run CNC machining equipment.
• Ability to inspect using micrometers, comparators, thread gauges, pin gauges, and drop indicators.
• Prior work-related experience required; 3+ years performing CNC setup preferred.

3 years or more of experience performing CNC setup and operation.

Requires constant movement; may occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
