Join a manufacturing team where your mechanical skills matter. We're hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our operations at a busy facility in Addison, Illinois. If you’re the kind of person who spots issues before they become problems, thrives on keeping equipment running smoothly, and enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting—this could be your next great role.
What You’ll Do:- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and injection molding equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Keep conveyors, molding machines, and other production equipment running at top performance.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints—mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on the plant floor.
- Competitive pay: $27.00 – $32.00/hr. (based on experience)
- Full-time 1st Shift 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM
- 2nd Shift Full Time Position - Must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately 3 months before moving to 2nd shift full time
- 3rd shift Full Time Position - Must be available to train on 1st shift for approximately 3 months before moving to 3rd shift full time
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (5+ years strongly preferred).
- Comfortable working with electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong ability to read and apply technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
- Must be able to troubleshoot industrial equipment and PLC's.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical certification is a plus.
- A proactive mindset and a commitment to safety.
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty and solve troubleshooting issues as needed.
