Required Skills:

• Operate injection molding machines with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Keep an eye on production to ensure quality standards are met
• Inspect finished products for consistency and accuracy

• Work with your team to keep production running smoothly

Nice to Have Skills:

• Zero to two years of manufacturing or factory experience preferred
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to stay on your feet and handle repetitive tasks
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Dependable and team oriented

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
