CNC Tooth Grinder

Overview

We are looking for a skilled CNC Tooth Grinder to work all three shifts for a growing team producing high‑precision components for industrial machinery. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands tight tolerances, and thrives in a metal manufacturing environment.

• Set up and operate CNC gear grinding machines to perform tooth grinding on gears and related components.
• Work with steel and alloy materials to produce parts used in heavy industrial equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain precision and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.

• Experience operating CNC machinery in a metal manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Background in gear grinding, tooth grinding, or precision machining preferred.
• Strong understanding of tight tolerances and machine setups.
• Ability to read complex prints and follow detailed specifications.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
