SWD Inc. is seeking dependable, hard‑working individuals to join our Metal Finishing team on 3rd Shift. This is an entry‑level manufacturing position where you’ll learn how metal parts are processed, inspected, loaded, unloaded, and prepared for customer delivery.

• Load and unload metal parts from production lines
• Pack finished products according to customer requirements
• Review and follow shop orders
• Perform visual inspections of finished parts
• Stage completed work for the next step in production
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
• Assist with general production and department needs

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
• Team‑oriented attitude with strong attention to detail
