Our client is looking for a skilled Maintenance and Reliability Lead responsible for maintenance and ensuring reliability of machinery and equipment in a FOOD Manufacturing environment. This role will oversee maintenance activities, lead implementation and continuous improvement of the PM program for food manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily work orders and maintenance activities
- Follow and promote all food safety and safety protocols
- Resolve equipment issues with high sense of urgency
- Execute and improve all preventive maintenance schedules and effectiveness
- Operate equipment as necessary
- 5+ years maintenance experience in food manufacturing or regulated manufacturing
- Experience with Safe Quality Food standards or HACCP
- Problem-solving emphasis and flexibility of hours to support sites
- Ability to travel as needed to support various sites
- Authorized to work for US employers without sponsorship
- Local candidates highly preferred; relocation considered for candidates who meet the above requirements
