Fulfillment Specialist; Day Shift

Offering an incredible $26.40/hour pay rate, a reliable Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off, and potential for permanent placement, this position isideal for detail-oriented individuals skilled in order processing, kit assembly, and warehouse operations. .

Mon – Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (No Weekends)

• Process inventory orders, assemble custom kits, stuff/seal envelopes, collate materials, and build boxes for outbound shipments according to strict standards.
• Clearly and accurately record inventory movements and order data on physical tracking documents and digital software applications.
• Prepare items for shipment by stuffing/sealing envelopes, assembling boxes,logging data into software applications, and labeling outgoing packages.
• Load,unload, and push/pull carts and loaded pallet jacks weighing up to 1,500lbs, keeping work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies.
• Usepallet jacks, counting scales, paper cutters, folders, inserters, binders,box cutters, and tape dispensers safely and efficiently.

• High School Diploma or GED required; previous fulfillment, packing, kit assembly, or warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Abilityto regularly lift items weighing 35–40 lbs (occasionally up to 51 lbs at shoulder height) and stand/walk for up to 8 hours daily.
• Must possess ASTM F2413-11 compliant safety-toe footwear with a slip-resistant rating of "Better" or "Best".
• Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and arespectful, team-first attitude.

This is a 100% onsite role inside a modern, fast-paced fulfillment and record management facility. Work involves active standing, physical lifting, manual assembly, and tool/light machine operation.

This is a temporary/contract assignment for operational support; corporate benefits and PTO are not included during the contract period.
