At Parts Town, we are growing our HVAC category and are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts and drive HVAC parts sales.
A Typical Day- Collaborate & Execute (65%):
Partner with the HVAC Integrated Marketing Manager, HVAC team, and key stakeholders to execute marketing tactics and communications across real-time and targeted marketing efforts, including working with creative, digital marketing and email teams. - Reporting (10%):
Assist in collecting, analyzing and reporting on marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future strategies. - Support (10%):
Ensure delivery of strategies and tactics along the customer’s journey, driving open dialogue with stakeholders on project status, opportunities and best practices. - Research (5%):
Research/maintain knowledge of up-and-coming HVAC industry trends and competitor activity. - Other duties as assigned (10%).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, eagerness to learn more.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, organized, self‑starter and problem solver.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and people skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Google Analytics and related business and communication tools.
- Proactive in communicating project status to key stakeholders throughout all parts of a project.
- Comfortable working with multiple business owners to complete projects in a team environment.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or four years of marketing or related experience.
The salary range for this role is $ 2 3 . 10 - $3 1.17 hourly, based on qualifications, experience and geographic location. Parts Town offers a profit‑sharing program and an annual bonus depending on the role.
