The Marketing Managerat Dicksonis responsible for driving measurable pipeline growth by developing and executing strategic, data-driven campaigns that generate high-quality marketing and sales qualified leads within North America. This role partners closely with Sales,Product Management, and externalresourcesto deliver integratedprogramsacross paid, organic, and owned channels in support of Dickson’s growth objectives.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketer with strong demand generation experience, exceptional project managementskillsandprovenleadership across digital channels, with adeep understanding of howgo-to-market strategiesdriverevenuegrowth.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation
Lead demand generation efforts for North America(NA) focused onacquiringnew marketing-qualified (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs) aligned with
Dickson’s target markets.
Planandexecute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that support pipelinedevelopmentacross digital, trade,website and other tactics.
Translateaudienceandsegmentinsights into compelling messaging that informsAEO, SEO and other marketing strategies,helping to increase brand visibility and diversify demand sources.
Manage Hub Spot and Salesforceleadflow with Marketing and Sale teamstoimprove campaign performance and funnel outcomes.
Manage development and implementation of integratedmarketingprogramsfor the regionincludingacquisition andretentioncampaigns,webinar planning and implementation, tradeshowsandnew product introductions.
Leadwebsitedevelopmenteffortstodeliver a best-in-class digital experience, improving traffic quality, UX, engagement,conversionsandecommercegrowth.
Manage contentcreationwith internal and external teams,including messaging andcopyfor blogs, videos, landingpagesandotherassets to drive awareness and demand generation within the region.
OwnthedevelopmentandexecutionofeffectiveNApaid marketingstrategiesincluding PPC/search, tradeadvertisingand other digital opportunities.
Proactivelymonitorchannelimpactandrecommendtargetingadjustments,testingandmessagingto maximize ROI and lead quality.
SEO Growth
Support SEO strategy and execution for NAin partnership with internal and externalpartnersto increase organic traffic and inbound engagement.
Identify content, keywords, and on-siteenhancementsfor North Americatosupport long-term organic growth.
Proactivelyutilizeperformance data tohelpprioritize SEO initiatives that directly contribute toNAgrowthgoals, including those maximizing AEO impact.
Marketing Analytic sand Reporting
Ensure programs and campaigns are properly tracked, measured, andoptimizedusing Hub Spot,Salesforce,Woo Commerceandotherplatforms.
Define KPIs and proactively report onfunneland channel performance, including lead volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, and revenue attribution.
Proactively recommend and deliver clear, actionable marketing strategies based on insights,working with a sense of urgency to follow-up and ensuretimelyexecution of deliverables.
Continuously test, learn, andoptimizecampaigns based onanalyticsand market feedback.
Collaborate closely withthe global
Marketing team,Sales, Product Marketing,and other functional areasto ensure campaign alignment and execution excellence.
Actively manage internal and partnerworkstreams to ensure timelines, deliverables and performance expectations are met,andapply insights to improve program outcomes.
Support marketing planningandforecastingincludingdevelopment ofROI assumptionsforNA growth initiatives.
Required Skills
Provenexpertisein demand generation and integrated campaign development, including hands-on experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce and other performance tools.
Website management experienceacrossUX, navigationarchitectureand content optimization strategies,preferablyleveragingAI-driven insights togenerateengagementandimpact.
Background in effectively managing paid media programs such asPPC/search, digital advertising,andtrade media.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and organic growth strategies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability toeffectivelylead planning process,anticipateneedsandensuretimelyexecution of work.
Strong communication, collaboration,prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
Bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce strongly preferred).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
Approximately5 years of experience inademandgeneration, digital marketingor campaign-focused marketing role, preferably in B2B environments.
Excellent project management,communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated,curiosity-driven, with an eagerness to learnand continuously improve skills and professional impact.
Demonstrated success driving measurable lead generation andbusinessgrowth.
Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
