Position Summary

Everon is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Corporate Events team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about event marketing, logistics, and creating memorable brand experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing leaders to support the planning, promotion, and execution of signature corporate events—including conferences, trade shows, meetings, receptions, hybrid experiences, and employee incentive programs.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll assist in managing event timelines, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of company wide initiatives. Travel required to support select events. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both strategic marketing and event operations while contributing to high-impact projects that shape Everon’s brand presence.

Duties And Responsibilities May Include
  • Support project management for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events from concept through execution.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, production schedules, catering, registration, invitations, attendee management, and budget tracking.
  • Research and recommend venues, vendors, and event resources.
  • Maintain project trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing event timelines, run‑of‑show documents, and post‑event reports.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align event strategy with business goals and ensure effective follow‑up.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel as needed to support company events.
Qualifications - External
  • Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications or related field.
  • 6 months of internship experience in related field preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite and Adobe.
Qualifications
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative problem‑solver with poise under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build positive relationships across teams and with external partners.
  • Proactive, quick learner with a positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work outside standard business hours as needed.
