Position Summary:
Everon is looking for the next-generation of marketing leaders to bring their passion, ideas, and education to life by joining Everon's Marketing Internship Program. Work directly with marketing leaders to gain hands-on experience supporting the organization's overall marketing strategy. This internship role has a focus on marketing operations, which supports our sales and service teams.
Position Details:
- Internship will begin in August 2026 (Finals are taken into consideration to accommodate start date)
- Internship length: 120 days
- Hours:
Part-time, up to 20 hours a week - Hybrid Internship local to the Chicago, IL (Addison, IL) area. Primarily working remotely with occasional in-person office days and events.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Creating POs and managing expense reports for marketing team spend
- Assisting with managing and elevating our internal online print, uniform and swag stores
- Coordinate and distribute branch mailings (holiday gifts, marketing material samples, etc.)
- Research, source and manage tradeshow and event related promotional items
Qualifications - External:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business and/or Marketing
Qualifications &
Experience:
- Candidate must have willingness to learn about different aspects of the organization and within the marketing operations team's scope
- Previous experience with Excel (more than beginner basic skills)
- Must have some level of business experience (internship or similar)
- Excellent creative, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively work together with marketers, product managers, and sales teams alike
- Candidate must have an entrepreneurial and self-starting mentality
- Candidate must be organized, driven, and a fast learner
