Portillo’s is seeking a dedicated FSQA Plant Supervisor to execute and enforce food safety and quality policies in our Addison, IL facility. This on-site role drives daily FSQA operations, supervises technicians, and ensures compliance with GFSI, USDA, and FDA FSMA standards across production and warehousing.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FSQA with strong data analysis, HACCP/PCQI familiarity, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
