Portillo’s is seeking a seasoned Food Safety & Quality Assurance Plant Supervisor to lead FSQA programs across production and warehousing at the Addison, IL plant. You will enforce GFSI, USDA, and FDA FSMA standards, supervise FSQA technicians, monitor KPIs, and guide daily compliance decisions with a focus on food safety and quality.
You will partner with operations to drive continual improvements, manage product holds and corrective actions, and prepare the plant for audits.
