Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 4:00 pm with occasional Saturdays.
Pay starts at $22/hour, with higher rates available based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Provides advice to customers     regarding     the best products to fit their needs

Processing orders via order management system

Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures

Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up

Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised

Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas

Maintain     a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400     lbs

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience     in similar roles     preferred  .

Basic knowledge of     HVAC and Plumbing     products is preferred  .

Experience     using various       material handling       equipment       is preferred.

General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office     applications,     is       required  .

Ability to lift     and     load       items weighing     50+lbs  .

General math skills     to allow     for cash accounting  .

An ability to learn is a must have!

Excellent decision making and communication skills  .

Bilingual is preferred  .

Must be     comfortable     working     in a     fast paced       environment     with frequent customer interaction.

- Pay Range:

- $15.00 - $23.85
- Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles  OR  Hourly for all other roles.

- This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
