Full‑time Sales Representative (Retail) at Walmart 5442 – Addison, IL 60101. Immediate hire. Paid training. No door‑to‑door or telemarketing.

• Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas in a retail environment.
• Welcome customers, assess their needs, and tailor solutions to lower energy costs.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment.
• Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Accurately document and report sales; submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Keep the workstation/kiosk clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.

• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
