Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guidance and support regarding self-service technology; assist with purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues.;
Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps and following forklift spotting procedures; handle and dispose of hazardous materials; report unsafe conditions.;
Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning, stocking, organizing, and sizing displays; price merchandise and manage shrink/damages.;
Ensure product quality through rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation; display promotional and seasonal merchandise.;
Assist with club pick up orders and staging; collaborate with managers and coworkers; adapt to change and meet deadlines..
