• Manage open orders
• Tracking of shipped orders
• Create invoices for orders
• Collecting dues for invoices
• Provide great first point of contact service
• Solve client issues through an understanding of ITsavvy’s organization and structure
• Works closely with the Client Executive team

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or Sales Support role
• Ability to multitask in a fast moving environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Proficient interpersonal and email communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel

Compensation includes a very competitive wage along with a full benefits package: up to 3 weeks paid time off, health, dental, vision, ST/LT disability, life insurance, and 401(k).
