What You'll Do- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned Fleet Services clients.
- Manage a high volume of exhibit and event projects from order through completion.
- Coordinate project timelines, logistics, installations, dismantles, and asset management.
- Partner with internal teams including Estimating, Field Services, Show Services, Production, Prepress, and Operations to ensure flawless execution.
- Prepare proposals, process orders, manage approvals, and track deliveries and returns.
- Maintain accurate project financials, estimates, invoicing, and client inventory records.
- Coordinate production of graphics and exhibit assets with vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure projects comply with show regulations, client requirements, and company processes.
- Build strong client relationships while proactively identifying solutions and resolving issues.
- 1‑3+ years of experience in account management, project management, event operations, exhibit management, logistics, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong client communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, or operational workflows is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and problem‑solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Enjoy balancing many moving pieces without losing sight of the details.
- Are naturally proactive and solutions‑oriented.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
