Rohrer Corporation is seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Sales Analyst to join our Commercial team. This hybrid role is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys transforming complex business data into meaningful insights that influence sales strategy and executive decision-making.
As a trusted business partner to the National Sales Director, you will analyze sales performance, forecast future opportunities, develop executive-level reporting, and collaborate across Sales, Finance, Business Intelligence, Pricing, Customer Service, and Operations.

What You Will Do:
- Analyze sales performance, forecasts, customer trends, and business opportunities.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare executive presentations, MBRs, QBRs, and Board-level reporting.
- Monitor pipeline performance, forecast accuracy, customer profitability, and sales productivity metrics.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve reporting and commercial decision-making.
- Support CRM reporting, data integrity, and process improvements.
- Assist with sales compensation and commission reporting.
- Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Identify commercial trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, business analysis, finance, pricing, or sales support.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Understanding of margins, pricing strategies, and customer profitability.
- SQL, Python, AI, or advanced analytics experience.
- Sales compensation or commission reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, packaging, or B2B commercial experience.
