What you'll be doing

• Develop and formulate sweet flavor systems for beverage, confectionery, dairy and bakery applications
• Lead projects from concept through commercialization with direct customer interaction
• Match and recreate competitive or benchmark flavor profiles using analytical and sensory expertise
• Provide technical support to commercial teams while guiding technicians and junior staff

What you'll bring

• Proven experience developing flavors for food and beverage applications
• Strong knowledge of aroma chemicals, essential oils and flavor raw materials
• Understanding of US flavor regulations and flavor manufacturing processes
• Open to newly qualified, time-served or seasoned flavor chemists, including Certified Flavor Chemists
