• Primary contact for training, installation, and maintenance in our Chicago showcase and at US customer sites.
• Report to the US Service Manager; uphold customer satisfaction, deliver monthly maintenance, and highlight value add-on services.
• Travel:
  Business travel within the US is part of the role.

• Install machinery correctly; manage accessories; interpret service data accurately.
• Organize work orders; use tools safely; produce clear customer data reports.
• Complete expense reimbursement documentation and support customer service evaluations.
• Partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and R&D to achieve shared outcomes.
• Finish installations, commissioning, and maintenance on time within safety/quality standards.
• Analyze maintenance barriers, debug errors, and recommend system enhancements.
• Prepare and participate in trainings on technical processes, company policy, and technician duties.
• Visit customers monthly for routine service and present relevant value‑added offerings.
• Mentor newly hired service teammates with one‑to‑one training.

• 2+ years’ related experience; fiber laser background highly preferred.
• Proficiency installing, debugging, and maintaining 6kW equipment.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams.
• Experience with CAD or SOLIDWORKS.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles.
• Organized, detail‑focused, and deadline‑driven.
• Clear communicator (written and verbal) with strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Electrician’s certification.
• Fitter’s certification.

• Service Technician ($30–36 hourly)
• Service Engineer ($36–45 hourly)
• Senior Service Engineer ($45–55 hourly)
