At The Cary Company, we’re exploring how AI can transform how we work—from building a secure internal chat tool, to integrating AI into our ERP and eCommerce systems to make every interaction smarter and more seamless.
You’ll collaborate with leadership, developers, and business units to build out real solutions that enhance both employee and customer experiences. This is a great opportunity to be a key player at the forefront of our AI journey.

• Develop and lead AI-powered projects like internal knowledge tools and automated data agents.
• Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into enterprise systems across eCommerce, operations, and customer experience platforms.
• Work closely with department leads to identify automation and innovation opportunities.
• Help build and maintain secure infrastructure and workflows for internal AI tools.

• 3+ years of software development experience (Python, Node.js, etc.)
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML integration
• Experience working with LLMs and vector databases
• Security-first mindset and ability to build tools for scale
