This Systems Team member will be focused on Salesforce administration related activities in support of the development and production support.

Job Description Bank of America is seeking a Systems Team member for a large Agile development program focusing on delivery using a Salesforce Cloud & nCino bank operating system. This Systems Team member will be focused on Salesforce administration related activities in support of the development and production support.

• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, testers, product owners and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business solutions built on Salesforce & nCino technologies.
• Support Bank side infrastructure, including Mulesoft, Relational Junction, Informatica and Oracle Requirements
• Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
• Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
• Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
• Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
• Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
• Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
• Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
• Provide third-level support to business users

• Lead vulnerability remediation for the CCUFT space
• Lead general health and welfare of the infrastructure and platforms in the CCUFT space
• Bea a liaison with the enterprise TI and other partner organizations alongside being partners with internal GBCT teams

• 10+ years of job related experience required .
• Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum
• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
• Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
• Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
• Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
