CDL Driver

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is a leading construction materials distribution company serving the commercial and residential construction markets across the United States and Canada. As a CDL Driver at FBM, you will operate company vehicles—including up to 26’ trucks—responsibly and safely while ensuring on‑time delivery of materials to customer project sites. This role offers local routes, daily home time, competitive pay, and a culture built on safety and respect.

• Vehicle Operation – Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Pre‑ and Post‑Trip Inspections – Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Material Delivery – Deliver materials to customer project sites on time, providing excellent customer service.
• Equipment Training – Complete additional training for forklift and other specified equipment as required.
• Unloading – Unload materials at delivery locations and verify deliveries against packing slips.
• Professionalism – Handle deliveries professionally, courteously, and represent the company positively.
• Safety – Adhere to all driving regulations, wear seatbelts, maintain a clean and safe environment, follow OSHA requirements, and use proper lifting techniques.
• Personal Protective Equipment – Wear appropriate PPE, safety shoes, and clothing.
• Communication – Attend and participate in all required meetings related to material delivery and company operations.
• Training Participation – Attend and complete all required company training programs.
• Physical Demands – Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, multiple hours of driving or sitting in a truck or forklift, occasional lifting of up to 80 lbs., climbing ladders, and moving up to 50 lbs.; some tasks may be performed as a team.
• Miscellaneous – Support FBM’s values in Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, and being a Company of Choice; perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Minimum 1‑year consistent commercial driving experience.
• Team player capable of working well in a collaborative environment.

Branch Manager

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and market. This is a full‑time position with competitive pay and benefits.
