Driver CDL – Addison, IL

Join Mondelez International/NABISCO as a Driver CDL located in Addison, IL to help us drive the future of snacking.

• Monday to Friday, 10‑12 hours per day. Start time between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
• 40‑50 hours per week.
• Principal location: 221 S. Swift Rd., Addison, IL 60101.
• Routes: some interstate, most intrastate.

• Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.).
• Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
• Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

• Must have a CDL‑Class A license and at least two years of proven safe driving experience.
• Have a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal .
• Preferred direct store delivery (DSD) experience.
• Must successfully pass a drug test, MVR, and background check.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration required.

• Customer‑oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers.
• Minimum of one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations, including local, state, and federal requirements.
• Basic understanding of temperature‑controlled food transportation.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times; ability to use a scanner and log deliveries.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.

Hourly wage: $31.30 per hour.

Benefits include healthcare, retirement, and paid time off in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (eligibility requirements may apply).
