As a member of the Inventory Control Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in protecting company assets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting operational excellence across the organization. Our Inventory Lead role requires hands‑on inventory control experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support and guide team members in daily inventory practices.

What We’re Looking For- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to communicate clearly in English regarding essential job functions
- Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and internal controls
- Provide day‑to‑day work direction and support productivity within the Inventory Control department
- Conduct daily cycle counts of resale materials and ancillary products
- Reconcile inventory variances and communicate adjustments to appropriate supervisors
- Maintain and update the inventory error database
- Create reports and variance analysis for leadership review
- Identify and report damaged, shorted, or missing products
- Identify weaknesses in asset safeguarding and internal controls and communicate findings
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation and records
- Support inventory counts at other company locations and outside storage facilities as needed
- Assist with workflow needs within the returns department
- Help train and onboard new team members
- Promote continuous improvement, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Support internal control testing in other areas of the company as directed
- Adhere to all company safety rules, standards, and guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of prior warehouse experience
- Two or more years of experience working with WMS software
- Completion of all six product knowledge books
- Forklift experience preferred, but not required
- Candidates outside of the Inventory Department will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and move inventory materials as required
- Ability to perform inventory counts in warehouse and storage environments
- Occasional travel to other company locations or outside storage facilities
