Material Handler, Warehouse Associate
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations through inventory management, data entry, and shipping/receiving activities. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring efficient warehouse workflow. The position requires reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and operational standards.
Essential Job Functions- Perform shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading materials
- Accurately process inventory transactions and perform data entry within ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar)
- Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment in accordance with company standards
- Organize and store materials to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational needs
- Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in support of business operations
- Employees may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills with data entry experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for safety, training, and operational coordination
- Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar)
- Experience with cycle counting and inventory control processes
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established procedures
- Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and system navigation
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and report discrepancies
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stretching, and reaching for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse environment

- Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
