As a member of our Returns Team, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence. Our Returns Associates are responsible for accurately processing returned materials, rental equipment, and industrial gas cylinders while maintaining inventory integrity and ensuring customers receive timely and accurate credits.

• Process returned materials accurately using warehouse and inventory management systems
• Enter return transactions and customer credits while maintaining complete documentation
• Inspect, organize, and process returned industrial gas cylinders
• Evaluate returned rental equipment and complete required inspection checklists
• Process rental return paperwork and support rental billing activities
• Inspect, clean, sort, and restock returned linear products
• Maintain accurate inventory records and departmental documentation
• Assist with departmental workflow as needed
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of warehouse experience or experience in a similar role preferred
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing inventory transactions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Visual, hearing, and verbal communication abilities required
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions, including exposure to noise and fumes
• Ability to use hands and fingers to operate equipment and computer systems
