Assistant Warehouse Production Manager – Ecommerce

Addison, IL full-time On-site $25/hr - $30/hr

CPGIO is seeking an Assistant Manager, Warehouse Production to support daily fulfillment center operations across picking, packing, and bundling/kitting functions.

This role is responsible for helping drive productivity, accuracy, quality, and safety while leading warehouse associates in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable leading teams while adapting to changing operational needs.

Responsibilities May Include

Oversee daily picking, packing, and kitting operations to ensure production goals are met

Communicate shift priorities, updates, and open tasks during team handoffs

Monitor workflow, productivity, and staffing throughout the shift

Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and support to warehouse associates

Address performance, attendance, and operational issues in a timely manner

Maintain high standards for order accuracy, quality, and productivity

Conduct audits and help improve warehouse processes and efficiency

Reinforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Partner with warehouse leadership and receiving teams to support daily operations

Previous warehouse leadership or supervisor experience preferred

Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail

Experience in ecommerce, fulfillment, or distribution environments strongly preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and supporting team performance
