Operations Administrator – Ecommerce Fulfillment

Addison, IL full-time On-site $25/hr - $30/hr

About the Role

CPGIO is seeking an Operations Administrator to support daily ecommerce fulfillment, warehouse, and logistics operations.

This role is responsible for managing Amazon Vendor Central orders, supporting inventory accuracy, coordinating warehouse operations, and assisting with invoice reconciliation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and processing Amazon Vendor Central fulfillment orders
  • Coordinating shipping schedules and ensuring timely order fulfillment
  • Monitoring routing and shipping compliance requirements
  • Matching invoices against purchase orders and shipping documents
  • Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies with vendors
  • Supporting inventory tracking, cycle counts, and inventory audits
  • Coordinating with warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Supporting inbound and outbound warehouse operations
  • Helping ensure accuracy in pick, pack, and ship processes
  • Communicating with warehouse partners to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency
  • Assisting with reporting, data entry, and operational documentation as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or ecommerce administration preferred
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central strongly preferred
  • Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems
  • Familiarity with invoice reconciliation and basic accounting processes
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience with ERP or order management systems is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
