• Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
• Maintaining clear records on all inventory.
• Scanning items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspecting stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
• Organizing the warehouse space.
• Preparing and picking orders for shipment.
• Recording arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operating stock management tools such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
• Routine cleaning duties.
• Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
• Maintain safety regulations and comply with applicable regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10–50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
• Occasionally sit and climb (ladders and stairs) or balance.
• May be subject to environmental conditions; protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
• May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
• Attention to detail; excellent communication and time management skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and with others; flexible with shifts and over time.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse; maintain and promote workplace safety.
