Inventory Associate (Start Time 4:00am)
Position is based in Addison, IL, at our headquarters, where you will join a thriving team. As a member of our Inventory Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our culture of customer service excellence. Our Inventory Associates are required to have experience with inventory management and a strong attention to detail to support our operations. This is not a typical Warehouse Associate role.

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of 5S methodology is a plus.
- Participate in daily cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform frequent stock checks to verify quantities and locations of inventory items.
- Maintain and update inventory locations using 5S methodology to ensure items are correctly placed and tracked.
- Create new storage locations and label racking as needed.
- Assist with the organization and cleanliness of inventory storage areas, adhering to 5S principles.
- Support the Inventory team with general tasks and projects as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to inventory management and safety.
- Foster continuous improvement and innovation.
- Adhere to all Company safety rules, standards, and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and/or pull 50 lbs.
- Requires visual, hearing, and speech acuity.
