Warehouse Associate
Parts Authority is a leading national distributor of automotive replacement parts, tools/equipment, and transmissions. We are rapidly expanding and looking for candidates to join our family. As a Warehouse Associate you will be an essential part of our operations, responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, maintaining inventory records, and accurately filling customer orders.
Responsibilities- Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
- Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
- Scanning items into the warehouse management system.
- Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
- Organizing the warehouse space.
- Preparing orders for shipment and picking parts to fulfill orders.
- Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
- Operating stock management tools such as powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
- Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
- Performing routine cleaning duties.
- Interface with management to ensure key objectives are realized.
- Maintaining safety regulations and compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
- Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move objects 10–50 lbs; occasionally lift or move objects up to 100 lbs.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach.
- Occasionally required to sit and climb ladders or stairs, or balance.
- May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
- Require specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.
- Attention to detail.
- Great communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Must work well with other staff members and supervisors.
- Open availability, flexible, and able to work various shifts and overtime.
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse.
- Maintain and promote workplace safety.
- Secure and transfer cash or other assets (if applicable).

Salary:
USD $17.50/Hr.
