his role is hybrid - WFH 2 days a week!

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to lead critical components of external reporting process and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC standards. You’ll take ownership of technical close activities—such as consolidations and ASC 842—and partner across the business on new accounting standards and unique transactions. This role also helps shape internal accounting policies and supports the audit process with high-quality documentation.

• Lead the preparation of external financial reports, including annual and quarterly filings, ensuring all disclosures, work papers, and digital tagging requirements are accurately completed. (10‑K, 10‑Q,s)
• Oversee key components of the monthly close, such as consolidated financial reporting and detailed lease accounting schedules.
• Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams to gather documentation and data needed for regulatory reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Conduct technical accounting research, draft memos, and help operationalize new standards or accounting guidance as unique or complex transactions arise.

• Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting or Finance
• 3-4+ years experience; some public accounting experience required
• CPA or current CPA candidate (parts passed)
• Experience with SEC reporting
• Excellent knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles, technical accounting matters and SEC regulations
• Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting and ASC 606 revenue recognition a HUGE plus
