Job Title: Senior Accountant

Department: Accounting

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: Addison, TX (hybrid)

• Assists in monthly, quarterly, and annual period close process, as assigned.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations for balance sheet and P&L accounts, as assigned.
• Designs, implements, and maintains internal controls, reports for financial systems and interfaces.
• Assists with the preparation of monthly financial reports including P&L and balance sheet, as assigned.
• Assists with the preparation of the quarterly flux analysis for balance sheet and P&L accounts, as assigned.
• Provides information to auditors and management as needed: prepares audit schedules as necessary.
• Reviews and/or prepares financial transactions and/or general ledger journal entries and supporting documentation to ensure their accuracy and takes necessary action to correct any errors.
• Reviews, maintains, reconciles, and updates general ledger accounts as assigned.
• Identify opportunities for automation and elimination of existing manual processes.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university.
• Experience:
  
  Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience, preferably with a mixture of both audit and public company accounting experience.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet the deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1968.
• Fluency in English.
• Computer, office equipment, phone skills.
