Overview
Corner Stone Professional Placement is seeking a Senior Accountant for a global, multi-entity corporate organization in the Addison, TX area. As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for owning key month-end close activities, preparing financial reconciliations and journal entries, and supporting ERP and reporting initiatives. Qualified candidates will have an active CPA, strong US GAAP knowledge, and experience working in a multi-entity or global accounting environment.

- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual close
- Perform and maintain balance sheet reconciliations (cash, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, payroll and commission accruals, insurance, rebates, and property-related accounts)
- Ensure all accounting activities are performed in compliance with US GAAP
- Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit requests
- Support ERP initiatives
, including system enhancements, conversions, and process improvements - Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for external tax providers
- Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams on financial reporting and ad hoc projects
- Active CPA license (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate and/or public accounting environments
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting month-end close in a multi-entity environment
- 2+ years of experience working with an ERP system (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar)
- ERP implementation or system conversion experience (highly preferred)
- Global or international accounting exposure (required)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Employment type: Direct Hire-Full-time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Salary/Pay: $90K - $100K (BOE)+ annual bonus
- Location: Hybrid – Addison, TX 75001
- First month fully onsite for training
- Ongoing: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
