What you’ll do- Run a full desk in Accounting and Finance
- Drive new business while building long term client relationships across DFW
- Recruit, interview, and place high quality accounting talent
- Work directly with leadership to help scale and shape the division
- Agency recruiting experience in Accounting and Finance
- Consistent production and a track record of billing
- Strong communication skills and client presence
- Competitive, relationship driven mind set
- Desire to be around other top producers and win as a team
- Highly competitive commission plan with meaningful up side
- Immediate access to clients, open roles, and candidates
- Existing book of business to help you ramp quickly
